O motivo \u00e9 simples: o modelo que comprei tem um fingerprint diferente do que est\u00e1 cadastrado na base de dados do z2m. Neste post mostro como contornar o problema usando um conversor externo, passo a passo, e ainda como enviar a corre\u00e7\u00e3o para que todos se beneficiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se voc\u00ea j\u00e1 viu a mensagem de dispositivo n\u00e3o suportado, n\u00e3o desista: a solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em habilitar os conversores externos e criar um arquivo pequeno que mapeia o fingerprint do seu lote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Por que o ZBCMR-01 n\u00e3o \u00e9 reconhecido?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A p\u00e1gina do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zigbee2mqtt.io\/devices\/ZBCMR-01.html\">Zigbee2MQTT para o ZBCMR-01<\/a> lista o modelo como suportado, mas o fingerprint cadastrado \u00e9 zigbeeModel: TS0105 + manufacturerName: _TZE600_ogyg1y6b. Seu m\u00f3dulo, de um lote diferente, se identifica como TS0601 + _TZE284_5blghqkp, uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o que ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 na base de dados, portanto o z2m recusa o dispositivo mesmo sendo &#8220;o mesmo produto&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passo a passo para adicionar o conversor externo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verifique a vers\u00e3o do z2m<\/strong> \u2013 Acesse Settings &gt; About. Se estiver desatualizado, atualize (geralmente n\u00e3o resolve sozinho, mas vale testar). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zigbee2mqtt.io\/advanced\/more\/external_converters.html\">Fonte principal<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habilite conversores externos<\/strong> (necess\u00e1rio a partir da v2.11). Em configuration.yaml (do z2m e n\u00e3o do Home Assistant. Acesse portanto o arquivo \/root\/config\/zigbee2mqtt\/configuration.yaml) confirme ou adicione:<br><br><blockquote><p>advanced:<br><br>enable_external_js: true<\/p><\/blockquote><br><p>\u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que j\u00e1 exista uma se\u00e7\u00e3o chamada &#8220;advanced&#8221;. Se o dispositivo j\u00e1 estava listado como &#8220;unsupported&#8221;, remova-o e coloque\u2011o em modo de pareamento novamente (reset f\u00edsico do motor + permitir entrada na rede).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Teste abrir\/fechar\/parar e posi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2013 Use os comandos OPEN, CLOSE, STOP e ajuste a posi\u00e7\u00e3o com valores de 0 a 100. Teste cada comando e confirme que os relat\u00f3rios de estado est\u00e3o corretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testando e ajustando<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como os Datapoints (DPs) da Tuya podem variar entre lotes, vale observar o log do z2m enquanto aciona o motor. Se notar que a posi\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 invertida, basta mudar a linha exposes: [e.cover_position().setAccess(&#8216;position&#8217;, ea.STATE_SET)] para usar exposes: [e.cover_position().setAccess(&#8216;position&#8217;, ea.STATE_SET)] com a op\u00e7\u00e3o invert_cover: true na configura\u00e7\u00e3o do dispositivo, ou ajustar o conversor para mapear o DP correto.
