Novos MacBooks Pro

Eu realmente evito ficar publicando noticias sobre rumores seja de qual empresa for. No caso da Apple, existem diversos blogs que publicam praticamente apenas os rumores. Não vejo nenhum objetivo prático em ficar morrendo de véspera e ficar babando ou “bitching”, cuja tradução em parece pouco adequada para o sentido da frase, sobre eventuais lançamento de modificações nas linhas de produtos seja de qual empresa for, ainda mais da Apple.

Sou fã da Apple e acredito que eles fazem o melhor produto “notebook”, “desktop”, “smartphone” e “tablet”, mas ficar falando de possibilidades a cada novo rumor, é muita falta do que fazer.

Dito isto, resolvi comentar sobre a possibilidade de novidades da linha da MacBook Pro da Apple. Incoerente? Talvez não. Eu acho pouco provável que a Apple consiga fazer alguma inovação na linha de notebooks mais caros que ela tem, mas ainda assim, tem muita gente falando por ai que a Apple vai inovar.

O melhor que li a respeito deste rumor foi no GizMag, que enumerou algumas novidades. Pra começar vai ter o tal do Sandy Bridge, que em outra época eu certamente diria tudo a respeito, mas hoje é apenas mais um nome que nada me agrega. Eu vivo na máxima: Quanto mais novo melhor. Quão melhor, não me importa. Troco de computador apenas quando ele quebra.

Outra novidade que pode surgir é que os novos MacBooks Pro terão baterias que duram mais. Cerca de 10% a mais. Já seu peso, também foi afetado. Redução está estimada em 15 ou 20%. O processo fabril para criar o “unibody” também parece ter mudado. Ao invés de retirar material de um bloco, o novo “unibody” que também é feito de um novo material, será injetado. Por conta destas duas mudanças, alguns elementos de design do MacBook Air poderão ser vistos na linha Pro.

Ao invés de adotar o USB 3.0, a Apple pode adotar o Light Peak, que promete substituir todos os atuais padrões e conectores para ligar equipamentos eletrônicos.

O que vai acontecer? Não sei. As únicas duas coisas que realmente me chamaram a atenção foram o “mais leve” e “mais tempo de bateria” de resto, deve afetar pouco nosso dia-a-dia.
