Aliás, uma coisa interessante. A versão 3.0 do padrão USB promete entregar mais energia para equipamentos conectados e assim não precisam mais de um adaptador de energia, contudo, o adaptador ExpressCard da foto não consegue entregar os 900mA, por isto precisa de uma fonte externa que fica conectada a plaquinha.

Pelo que li no Gizmag, esta placa permite que um HD Externo no padrão USB 3.0 copie 25GB em apenas 70 segundos, contra 14 minutos num dispositivo USB 2.0.
